JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring the store inventory to ensure smooth functioning and machine run ability.
  • Overall responsible for procurement and sourcing activities of equipment, spares, chemicals, packaging, energy and indirect categories.
  • Review, develop and execute procurement procedures; ensure procurement practices are complied with mill and group guidelines and procedures.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure procurement practices had been carried out efficiently, cost effective and transparency.
  • Overall responsible for mill contract management including sourcing of goods and services, market trend analysis, tendering, and contract negotiation.
  • Manage contracts and ensure the arrangement of contracts is in place and safeguard company interest. Liaise with Legal Department on all contractual contracts issues.
  • Work closely with logistic partners to ensure timely clearance and delivery of incoming shipments.
  • Provide guidance and training to procurement staffs and internal customers to ensure continuous improvement in terms of procurement competitiveness and procurement/store processes.
  • Evaluate and organize training for subordinates to develop higher skills and competency. Coaches and provides necessary support to all team members to ensure the staff performance and KPIs are achieved
  • Identifies, recommends and executes improvement programs.

Vibration Analyst Executive

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

  • Basic mechanical knowledge, he had learned the preventive maintenance of the pulp and paper mill or heavy industries.
  • Minimum experience 2 years in mechanical field and vibration measuring application.
  • Polytech/Certificate holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Communication skills-good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Leadership skills and self starter
  • Practical Engineering knowledge in terms of design engineering, setup maintenance, knowledge of utilities machinery operations and SOP setup
  • Good computer software skills like Microsoft word excel & power point.
  • Able to relocate to Mentakab to work

  • To maintain plant equipment especially to be in the highest reliability and availability by carrying out the preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

  • Leads and involves in the mill wide rotating equipment condition vibration, online vibration monitoring, lubrication system, oil analysis, static equipment and inspection and maintenance activities so as to ensure compliance to schedule, procedures and statutory requirement.
  • Directs and supervises work of maintenance technicians, contractors and helpers as required.
  • Works from CMMS work-order, production/verbal request, walk down defect-list, drawings and sketches.
  • Leads and participates in the diagnoses and eliminates root cause of complex equipment failures
  • Completes routine paperwork, CMMS-SAP and other computer reporting as required.
  • To leads and participates in diagnoses of equipment vibration failures, analysis and eliminates root cause.

E&I Engineer

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists Section Lead on the maintenance activities of assigned areas.
  • Assists Section Lead to ensure high equipment reliability and performance, spare availability, cost control and house keeping of assigned areas.
  • Leads and involves in installs, troubleshoots and repairs of complex electrical system & equipment, involving high level of maintenance work of varied nature.
  • Leads and involves in machine restoration project in RCF, Chemical preparation, Sludge Building & RPW area.
  • To inspect, survey, record, make statistic report and prepare the recommendation of restoration.
  • Perform daily workshop activities with proper organizing, coordinating and well recording of each workshop items.
  • Ensure every item return to store after repair internally or externally must be in well functional condition.
  • Coordinate with Services department Store section in arrangement maintenance repairable item for external repair.
  • To ensure CCTV camera for RCF, Chemical preparation, Sludge Building & RPW area process monitoring are function properly. Execute routine inspection, replacement and managing camera contractor for camera system on assigned areas.
  • To ensure RCF, Chemical preparation, Sludge Building & RPW area process lighting are function properly. Execute routine inspection, replacement and managing lighting contractor for lighting system on assigned areas.
  • Upon proposal approved, he shall plan and coordinate on material, Labour resource and schedule to implement the restoration activities.
  • After implementation, a monitoring and recording program must be in place to verify the effectiveness of restoration initiative.
  • Directs and supervises work of maintenance executive, technicians, contractors and helpers as required.
  • Works from CMMS- SAP work-order, production/verbal requests and drawings.
  • Outline in detail the need of maintenance work for resource planning, coordination and preparation for the routine planned shut and major shut planning.
  • Performs work in the areas such as RCF, Chemical preparation, Sludge Building & RPW area on Electrical system and equipment reliability and runnability. Maintain the eligibility and integrity of Electrical system and equipment preventive, proactive maintenance planning schedule.
  • Performs supervision on team manning during shut.
  • Leads and participates in the diagnoses and eliminates root cause of complex electrical system or equipment failures
  • Support Paper machine (PM) Team for E&I Maintenance, PVM , 5S, Kaizen and other activity
  • Participates actively in equipment and production improvement programs as required.
  • Completes routine paperwork, CMMS-SAP and other computer reporting as required.
  • Uses precision and sophisticated tool and gauges for maintenance, inspection, measuring and trouble shooting and ensure the safe keeping of it.
  • To follow and ensure compliance’s of work team supervised on MNI’s safety, health and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines when carried out maintenance activities.
  • To participate in the rotating standby and callback rooster and ensure respond in timely manner and as per established guideline.
