JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly forecasting, annual business plan and long range forecast
• Assist in consolidation of reporting and forecasting
• In charge of financial performance measurement, detailed variance analysis against operating plan
• Coordinate and submit FP&A reporting requirements and calendar to local and regional management
• Make recommendation, maintain and develop analytical frameworks, templates and financial models in accordance with Business needs
• Work closely with accounting team for closing and analysis every month
• Provide regular or ad hoc financial data and analysis to support strategic decision making and business presentations
• Work closely with sales team to roll out products/market profitability performance
• Assist on cost control, monitoring, target/KPI setting, Kaizen performance evaluation & support operational costs improvement
• Handle any ad hoc assignments given from management

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist to prepare annual budget, rolling forecast, financial analysis & evaluation, financial performance measurement, monthly management reports, analytical review & adhoc reporting, products costing, detailed variance analysis against operation plan
• Deep dive to identify reasons of under/over operating performance against plan in terms of products costs, suggest optimum/ better alternatives from the various options available to improve products costs performance
• Assist on rolling out cost down program
• Evaluate capital spending proposal, assess investment returns & ensure capital spending carried out as per SOP/guideline
• Assist on monitoring project capital spending within budget & approved plan
• Work with sales team to roll out products/market profitability performance

• Min 5-7 years relevant experience in a similar role preferably in paper/packaging/plantation/power plant/oil & gas industry

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring the store inventory to ensure smooth functioning and machine run ability.
• Overall responsible for procurement and sourcing activities of equipment, spares, chemicals, packaging, energy and indirect categories.
• Review, develop and execute procurement procedures; ensure procurement practices are complied with mill and group guidelines and procedures.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure procurement practices had been carried out efficiently, cost effective and transparency.
• Overall responsible for mill contract management including sourcing of goods and services, market trend analysis, tendering, and contract negotiation.
• Manage contracts and ensure the arrangement of contracts is in place and safeguard company interest. Liaise with Legal Department on all contractual contracts issues.
• Work closely with logistic partners to ensure timely clearance and delivery of incoming shipments.
• Provide guidance and training to procurement staffs and internal customers to ensure continuous improvement in terms of procurement competitiveness and procurement/store processes.
• Evaluate and organize training for subordinates to develop higher skills and competency. Coaches and provides necessary support to all team members to ensure the staff performance and KPIs are achieved
• Identifies, recommends and executes improvement programs.
• Lead major procurement/subcontract activities, including bid evaluation, negotiation, contract and award.
• Ensure all activities are approved and documented for audit accountability.
• Manage variation orders, verify invoices and issue Completion or Acceptance Certificates
• Manage close out of all Procurement and Subcontracts upon completion of work in a timely manner.
• Ensure all insurance and logistics of equipment and material procured are well covered.
• Ensure all stipulated pre-shipment inspections of imported goods are carried out expeditiously

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

• Minimum of Bachelor or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field and manufacturing environment is required for this position
• Team player and good troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office and good command in AUTOCAD
• Proficient in dealing with SAP system

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all maintenance activities are in compliance with AHP’s safety, health and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Develops and establishes maintenance work procedures and job safety analysis to enhance safety and achieving zero LTI.

• Implement proactive and pre-emptive maintenance programs so as to achieve high machine availability.
• Implement daily inspection and routine preventive maintenance as to ensure plant equipment reliability.
• Use AUTOCAD and Solidworks to develop engineering drawing.
• Ensure all design and fabrication follows standard requirement under the regulatory.
• Accountable for assuring correctness of contractors’ work done and time sheet and conform to existing Finance Business Process Flow to support maintenance activities as well as to verify working time of contractors.
• Analyses equipment problem and conduct failure mode evaluation and root cause analyses to improve equipment reliability.
• Prepares technical reports on finding from preventive, corrective maintenance for future reference, trouble shooting and improvement.
• Develop annual budget preparation and regular review.
• Monitoring and control maintenance cost is within budget.
• Initiate, analyze, update and optimize mechanical spare parts lists & parts of the correct specifications are available.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

• Basic mechanical knowledge, he had learned the preventive maintenance of the pulp and paper mill or heavy industries.
• Minimum experience 2 years in mechanical field and vibration measuring application.

• Leads and involves in the performance, functioning and maintenance of the entire detection, measuring, inspection and condition monitoring equipment, systems and operation.
• Lead onsite balancing & alignment activities.
• Leads and involves in the mill wide rotating equipment condition vibration, online vibration monitoring, lubrication system, oil analysis, static equipment and inspection and maintenance activities so as to ensure compliance to schedule, procedures and statutory requirement.
• Directs and supervises work of maintenance technicians, contractors and helpers as required.
• Works from CMMS work-order, production/verbal request, walk down defect-list, drawings and sketches.
• Leads and participates in the diagnoses and eliminates root cause of complex equipment failures
• Completes routine paperwork, CMMS-SAP and other computer reporting as required.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists Section Lead on the maintenance activities of assigned areas.
• Assists Section Lead to ensure high equipment reliability and performance, spare availability, cost control and house keeping of assigned areas.
• Leads and involves in installs, troubleshoots and repairs of complex electrical system & equipment, involving high level of maintenance work of varied nature.
• Leads and involves in machine restoration project in RCF, Chemical preparation, Sludge Building & RPW area.
• To inspect, survey, record, make statistic report and prepare the recommendation of restoration.
• Perform daily workshop activities with proper organizing, coordinating and well recording of each workshop items.
• Ensure every item return to store after repair internally or externally must be in well functional condition.
• Coordinate with Services department Store section in arrangement maintenance repairable item for external repair.
• To ensure CCTV camera for RCF, Chemical preparation, Sludge Building & RPW area process monitoring are function properly. Execute routine inspection, replacement and managing camera contractor for camera system on assigned areas.
• To ensure RCF, Chemical preparation, Sludge Building & RPW area process lighting are function properly. Execute routine inspection, replacement and managing lighting contractor for lighting system on assigned areas.
• Upon proposal approved, he shall plan and coordinate on material, Labour resource and schedule to implement the restoration activities.
• After implementation, a monitoring and recording program must be in place to verify the effectiveness of restoration initiative.
• Directs and supervises work of maintenance executive, technicians, contractors and helpers as required.
• Works from CMMS- SAP work-order, production/verbal requests and drawings.
• Outline in detail the need of maintenance work for resource planning, coordination and preparation for the routine planned shut and major shut planning.
• Performs work in the areas such as RCF, Chemical preparation, Sludge Building & RPW area on Electrical system and equipment reliability and runnability. Maintain the eligibility and integrity of Electrical system and equipment preventive, proactive maintenance planning schedule.
• Performs supervision on team manning during shut.
• Leads and participates in the diagnoses and eliminates root cause of complex electrical system or equipment failures
• Support Paper machine (PM) Team for E&I Maintenance, PVM , 5S, Kaizen and other activity
• Participates actively in equipment and production improvement programs as required.
• Completes routine paperwork, CMMS-SAP and other computer reporting as required.
• Uses precision and sophisticated tool and gauges for maintenance, inspection, measuring and trouble shooting and ensure the safe keeping of it.
• To follow and ensure compliance’s of work team supervised on MNI’s safety, health and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines when carried out maintenance activities.
• To participate in the rotating standby and callback rooster and ensure respond in timely manner and as per established guideline.
